REFY are seeking a Beauty Consultant to join our team within the beauty department at Selfridges, Birmingham.
As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the ultimate REFY ambassador, bringing a genuine passion for the beauty industry and an eye for the latest trends.
In this role, you’ll represent REFY’s core values in every interaction - championing confidence, inclusivity, and innovation - while simplifying the beauty journey for our community. By showcasing our world-first, multifunctional products, you’ll demonstrate how REFY empowers effortless beauty with fewer steps and maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Drives REFY’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
* Engaging with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
* Building brand awareness and maintaining relationships with existing clientele.
* Supporting retail events and activations during peak seasons.
* Gaining insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
* Ensuring replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
* Participate in regular product training and growth opportunities at our HQ.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
* A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments
* Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs
* Up to date with social media trends, with a personal presence and understanding of how social media influences beauty retail.
