We are excited to be expanding our clinical service during a time of growth for the service. We currently have an opportunity for a Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Team. The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as they expand their clinical provision, making a real difference and implementing a holistic, therapeutic approach. You will be responsible for holding a caseload alongside other clinicians, with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team. You will also contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. Our well-established Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment where pupils can flourish, always prioritizing their wellbeing. This role is integral to the development of the service, working closely with the Lead Clinician. It offers an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those we support. Minimum Requirements
Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational) Registered with the HCPC and own professional body Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including complex trauma, mental health needs, or behaviours of concern Ability to work collaboratively with key partners Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting Significant post-qualification experience with adults Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle Skills in data management for service delivery, development, and projects Outcomes First Group is a leading provider of high-quality education and special needs education across the UK, committed to positive outcomes and community involvement.
