Community Nursing Lead – Evening and Overnight District Nursing Service
This role is offered on a permanent basis. The hours are part-time, 30 hours per week.

We have an exciting opportunity for a community nursing lead to join our established team. The role is diverse and practice focused with innovative service developments and collaborative working to create an outstanding service for patients and families.
We are working closely with the Integrated Urgent Care Service to deliver community nursing services during out‑of‑hours. The individual appointed to this role will be part of these conversations to support ongoing development of the Evening and Overnight Community Nursing Service (ENDNS).
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the management team to ensure the effectiveness of the evening and overnight district nursing service and embed future service development change.
* Collaborate with the Integrated Urgent Care Service, Rapid Response Service, Integrated Community Teams and other services.
* Ensure operational stability and functioning of the evening and overnight service to provide a consistent, equitable countywide provision.
* Serve as a role model and clinical expert providing leadership, clinical supervision and support for the team.
* Assume delegated responsibility and activities as directed by the Community Manager.
* Ensure service delivery is of high quality and operates within a clear governance structure, ensuring patient safety and continuous learning.
* Some unsociable hours working will be required in this role.
