Your role and responsibilities
* work as part of a team to prepare and cook food and help keep the kitchen running smoothly
* maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service
* preparing, cooking and presenting food to the correct specification
* operating kitchen work stations, including grills, fryers, microwaves and more
* work with the team to meet time and quality targets
* follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards
* clean as you go, including full kitchen clean-downs
* rotate stock and store food safely
* complete required induction, role-specific and ongoing refresher training
