UKG Pro WFM Consultant – 6 Month Contract | Hybrid | UK
We’re looking for an experienced UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Consultant to join a large enterprise programme on a 6-month contract. This role involves working in complex environments supporting implementation, configuration, and enhancements for large multi-country organisations.

Key Responsibilities
* Configure and support UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions solutions.
* Work across modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Advanced Scheduling, Activities, and Business Structure.
* Configure work rules, pay rules, break rules, and exception rules.
* Build custom reports, support data migration, and manage incidents, problems, and change requests.
* Deliver solutions through system configuration aligned with business requirements.
Key Requirements
* 5+ years of UKG experience with strong configuration and support background.
* Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions implementations.
* Experience with Kronos WFC.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
* UKG certifications (WFM or Integration) highly desirable.
