Duty Manager - Live-in available

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee property operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service.
* Greet and assist guests, addressing enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
* Handle crisis management and uphold health, safety, and security standards.
* Manage cash handling, stock control, and room charges efficiently.
* Serve on our busy bar and in our restaurant and train team members on service excellence and upselling techniques.
* Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest queries.
* Monitor and maintain quality service, working closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
* Report and address maintenance issues promptly.
Financial Duties:
* Manage cashing up procedures and minimise wastage.
* Ensure all bills and vouchers are processed correctly.
* Help achieve budget goals by monitoring bar operations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
* Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
