Your Responsibilities as an Assistant Property Manager: As a Property Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service. You will proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes. Your Skills and Experience: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team You have strong organisational and time-management abilities You demonstrate a proactive and problem-solving approach.
