About Sevenhill: Sevenhill is a training and development consultancy established in 2005, specializing in leadership development and organizational performance.
The Role: The Recruitment and Operations Assistant will be responsible for building our associate and permanent teams. This is a part-time, in-person role with occasional remote work, on a one-year contract of 21 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment of associate partners and full-time team members, including role advising, JD creation, CV filtering, interviews, and communication.
2. Onboarding, inductions, and training, including handling personal documents, contracts, legalities, and training reviews.
3. Brand management, including website updates and marketing materials.
4. Supporting the enablement team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment-related role.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and data management.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, and data management tools.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Willingness to travel for interviews.
