Job Title: AI Client Services Coordinator
Milton Keynes – Office Based (flexible working options available)
About the role:
We are looking for two Client Services Coordinators to join our fast-growing business unit for Artificial Intelligence. These positions are key in providing support to the delivery of our AI Services to our customers globally.
As a Client Services Coordinator you’ll communicate regularly with internal members of the medical device team to set up and maintain client information, maintain certificates, field invoicing queries and more. You’d also be using software systems such as SAP, Microsoft packages like Excel, along with in house systems to complete these tasks.
Responsibilities:
* To assist with tasks related to achieving and AI services, for example, managing and processing internal workflows, certifications issuing/re-issuing
* To support the Operations team in process improvement projects
* To support the Finance team in data verification and resolving client queries
* To action reports issued by the Operations and Finance teams
* Support the Operations Team in the smooth running of the team’s affairs and support other teams’ client service co-ordinators as required
* To undertake activities according with BSI Policies, Procedures and Protocols
To be successful in the role, you will have :
* Excellent administration and organisation skills, with attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, internally and externally and at junior and senior levels
* Ability to plan and prioritise tasks according to importance to the client and business needs
* Strong background with invoicing, query resolution and complaints handling
* Someone who is eager to learn and develop understanding of AI certification and production system controls relating to a defined range of conformity certification schemes within a particular technological discipline.
* Be someone who is flexible and adaptable in an evolving business
