THE ROLE This client is looking for a data-driven professional to lead customer and CRM analytics, where you’ll be building and owning campaign analytics dashboards, delivering ad hoc insights to support planning, and working closely with the CRM team on campaign timing, segmentation, and customer volumes. You’ll collaborate across data, insight, BI, and finance teams to design and evolve the customer database, ensuring it delivers accurate and actionable insights. There is a clear ambition for innovation and drive data within the business.
