We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Team Manager (Adult trained) to join our Care Team. Naomi and Jack’s provide palliative and end of life care, symptom management and respite for children and young adults with life‑limiting conditions. Our holistic approach embraces the clinical, emotional and social needs of the child or young adult and their families. Our innovative and enthusiastic team responds to both changing clinical needs, play and activity requests and memory making.

The Role
As a qualified Adult or Dual Registered Nurse with proven clinical leadership skills, you will provide senior clinical and operational leadership across the hospice.
Must have up‑to‑date competence in a range of clinical skills such as invasive and non‑invasive respiratory support; IV and central line management; and end‑of‑life care.
* Provide clinical leadership to members of the Care Team, including clinical supervision, practice audit, development and training.
* Provide line management, guidance and support to a team of nurses and carers.
* Provide clinical expertise, advice and guidance across the care team as required.
* Support the effective and efficient running of all Naomi & Jacks care services.
* Liaise fully with all Clinical Team Managers and Care Leadership Team members.
* Excellent interpersonal skills are also important.
