Position Production Supervisor Location: Gloucester Type of work: permanent Salary: £41520 Working hours: 8.00am till 4.00pm Monday to Friday We are now seeking to recruit a Production Supervisor for manufacturing company based in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, motivating staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with both company and legislative policies Responsibilities: Responsible for Conversion Production schedule and changes. Participates in the definition of deadlines for orders to be transformed. Adapts machine and shop capacity based on order books. Ensures coordination with the other departments, in particular Extrusion, Maintenance, Logistics, Technical Service and SEP. Organises in collaboration with the technical department the installation and start-up of new machines. Monitors the maintenance of equipment in the workshop within its scope in coordination with the Technical and Maintenance departments. Complete quality audits and achieve self-certification Support lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S and TPM Flexibly assist across manufacturing areas as needed Conducts team and individual meetings.
