The Graduate Scheme Our programme is a 2-year scheme, where individuals will gain an in-depth knowledge into land which will include the planning processes behind acquiring land, searching for and procuring new land opportunities, as well as developing a wider understanding of house building and much more. The programme will include a 2-year development course to focus on your professional skills which are delivered at our specialist Training Hub in Solihull. You will have the opportunity to attend regular business masterclasses on a wide range of topics essential to your professional growth, including leadership, project management, technical skills, and industry-specific knowledge. You will also compete in the King’s Trust Million Makers project, a nine-month challenge that aims to develop entrepreneurial skills and raise money for The King’s Trust, while being exposed to senior leaders and mentors in the business. During the programme, you will have the opportunity to rotate across Business Units within your Division. The rotations are designed to maximise your exposure to a diverse array of Land projects and processes, enhancing your understanding of our operations.
