Feeling like you belong at work can make such a difference to your day. You won’t feel like just another member of staff at Catherine House. You’ll walk into a home where people know you, where you’re part of a team, and where the day feels shared rather than something you get through alone.
You will be part of a care home made up of many different personalities, life histories, faiths and identities. No two people are the same yet there is so much commonality throughout the home, no matter how diverse we are, we all have the ability to be compassionate, to be kind to each other, to want to strive towards excellence (one of Catherine House’s values).
This isn’t just about carrying out a job, you will be part of a team who want to give our residents a continuation of life and ensure they always feel safe, valued and live with dignity in a place they can call home.
