Junior Campaign Analyst
Salary: £24,700
Location status: Hybrid Working
Location: Bupa Place, Manchester
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours

This role is part of our Marketing team, whose passion and expertise help us deliver on that purpose. As a Junior Campaign Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting targeted marketing activity, customer insight, and reporting. You’ll help make sure our communications are accurate, compliant, and effective – all while learning and growing in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the marketing communications plan by delivering customer and prospect contact files across the business.
2. Provide suppression files to external partners and internal systems.
3. Handle data requests for marketing, research, and service purposes, ensuring permissions are correct and sampling is robust.
4. Manage day-to-day operational suppression criteria to keep communications compliant with data protection legislation and customer preferences.
5. Liaise daily with marketing communications, sales teams, and external suppliers.
6. Check campaign documentation and identify data quality issues through regular QA sampling.
7. Manage and resolve email enquiries promptly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
8. A numerate, analytical team player with strong administration skills.
9. Meticulous attention to detail and patience when working with data.
10. Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks, even when deadlines are tight.
11. Experience using MS Office applications, especially Excel.
12. Confident communicator with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
