Description
* Develop and deliver training programs on CRM systems and data literacy.
* Create engaging e-learning modules and instructional videos.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
* Support the migration to SharePoint and other Microsoft tools.
Profile
* Experience in designing and delivering training on CRM systems and data-driven programs.
* Strong understanding of the full learning and development cycle.
* Ability to create and implement innovative learning solutions using various digital platforms.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
