Location: Greater & Central London
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 basic (DOE)
OTE: £90,000–£100,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Managing and expanding strategic accounts across London (e.g., Portman, Bupa, NHS Trusts, universities)
* Leading tenders, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations
* Identifying new business opportunities within DSOs and hospital networks
* Delivering product presentations and demonstrations to clinicians and procurement teams
* Collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams on key initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
You are a proven B2B field sales professional with experience in healthcare, medical, or dental sectors. You’re confident engaging senior stakeholders, commercially astute, and thrive in strategic account environments.
You will bring:
* Success in B2B sales (medical, dental, or healthcare preferred)
* Experience managing key accounts or selling into DSOs/hospitals
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills
* A proactive, hunter mindset with long-term relationship focus

The Package
• Basic Salary: £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £90,000–£100,000+ with uncapped commission
• Company Car or Allowance: Fully expensed company car or £600/month car allowance
• Tools Provided: Laptop and mobile phone
• Holiday Entitlement: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
