In this role, you will:
* Champion our People & Culture strategy, focusing on talent attraction, development, engagement, and retention.
* Lead the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent who embody the iNUA spirit.
* Develop and implement innovative training programs to empower our team and enhance their skillsets.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment where colleagues feel valued and supported.
* Partner with hotel leadership to ensure alignment between people strategy and business objectives.
You are a perfect fit if you:
* Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a People & Culture role, ideally within hospitality.
* Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Are a passionate and strategic leader with a proven track record of success in building high‑performing teams.
* Have a strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR.
* Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and thrive on building positive relationships.
