Overview
We are seeking a senior litigation solicitor to join our award winning firm in a key leadership role, combining high-quality contentious work with genuine influence over the continued development of our litigation department.
This role is suited to an experienced Associate or Senior Associate (or equivalent) who enjoys complex work, supervising others, and contributing to a strong, values-led firm.
The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of complex litigation matters with autonomy
* Deliver clear, pragmatic, commercially focused advice
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
* Act as a senior technical and professional resource within the team
* Work with partners to support the growth and sustainability of the litigation practice
* Maintain strong financial control, billing discipline, and risk management
Practice Areas
Experience in at least two of the following:
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* Ideally 10+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
* Proven ability to handle complex litigation independently
* Experience supervising or mentoring other lawyers
* Technically strong, commercially aware, and well organised
* Approachable, collaborative leadership style
