Salary: £43,625 basic per annum, OTE £55,000 with overtime at 1.5x; a guaranteed overtime option can increase your base salary by £5,000 per annum. Role responsibilities
* Work closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and get the vehicle back on the road where possible, or return it to the workshop.
* Identify problems and advise the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
* Perform servicing and general maintenance including electrical work and vehicle diagnostics.
* Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.
Requirements
* Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred; Level 2 can be considered. Open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds Vehicle Maintenance, IMI, or NVQ. Must be able to show qualifications.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
* A full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans.
* Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
