Water Recycling Operations Support Manager - Graduate role at Anglian Water Services. This two-year graduate programme is designed to kick-start your career in a vital industry, helping to deliver sustainable water services while developing your leadership and technical skills.
Location: Based within the Anglian Water region covering South-East Cambridgeshire. Placements may vary across the region and departments, so flexibility is essential.
Responsibilities
* Support and improve the efficiency of Water Recycling Operations
* Collaborate with teams and partners to improve performance and service
* Oversee daily operations with a focus on environmental impact, safety, and service quality
* Help manage incidents and ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met
* Analyse data to improve asset performance and reduce risks
* Contribute to capital project planning and delivery
* Ensure all activities follow Anglian Water’s Health & Safety policies
