Key Responsibilities of Front office Agent
Manage the arrivals and departure process professionally and in accordance with the Hotels policy, ensuring billing and payment transactions are correct
Responsible for till cash float whist on shift and adhering to the Hotels cash handling procedures
Be fully aware and knowledgeable of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions at the Hotel
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person and over telephone
Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and give full co-operation to any guest requests in a caring and helpful manner
Be aware of all Hotel VIPs, corporate and regular guests and ensure their requirements are met
Demonstrate a knowledge of all local attractions, and landmarks in the hotel vicinity in order to upsell and maximise Hotel revenue
