Overview
Asset & Wealth Management - Action Center Dashboard Product Manager – Senior Associate for hackajob in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom, in collaboration with J.P. Morgan. The role focuses on supporting the development and implementation of Actionboards that integrate with Temenos' Transact (T24) system. You will work with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business and client needs.
Responsibilities
* Assists in the product lifecycle management for Actionboards, from concept to deployment
* Collaborates with Technology, Design, and Operations teams to ensure successful integration with Transact (T24)
* Gathers and analyzes user feedback and market trends to inform product enhancements and new features
* Supports the prioritization of product features and enhancements, balancing client needs and business objectives
* Contributes to the development of training materials and supports resources to drive product adoption
* Monitors product performance and user engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
* Participates in team meetings and contributes to strategic discussions on product development
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
* Experience in product management within financial services operations or technology
* Strong understanding of back-office systems
* Strong knowledge of trade life cycle associated with OTC and Alternative
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
* Previous experience with Murex or FM3
* Familiarity with User Experience and design thinking principles
