We're looking for a skilled Laser Setter Operator to join a high-performing team. If you have a passion for precision work, experience with CNC laser machinery, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
* Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
* Monitor cutting operations and ensure quality standards are met
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
* Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience operating and setting up laser cutting machines (Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, etc.)
* Strong understanding of materials (steel, aluminium, etc.)
* Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* A team player with a strong work ethic
