Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to customers in accordance with company standards and legal requirements
* Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
* Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately
* Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
* Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and adherence to licensing laws
* Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
* Keep track of stock levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs promptly
Skills
* Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, with a focus on serving or bartending roles
* Strong understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
* Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy hours
* Organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure
* Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage presentation is essential
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
