SEN MATHS TEACHER
Salary: £34,514 - £51,179 (TCT1 – TCT14)
Start date: Immediately.

Protocol Education, in collaboration with a client, is on an exciting mission and we are seeking dynamic, kind-hearted individuals to join us. We operate as a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people with complex needs, providing essential services to the families and schools of Hounslow. We take pride in our service and are in search of inspirational, patient trailblazers who believe that every child matters and who will never give up on our incredible pupils.
We are in search of a Maths Teacher to work alongside our clients friendly and close-knit team supporting students with SEMH. They are open to qualified teachers or individuals who aspire to train with us over two years to become qualified. For qualified teachers, the TLR is provided with the expectation that the postholder will contribute to the development of maths for children with SEND across the service.
Ideal candidates will possess the ability to inspire and motivate our students to achieve meaningful outcomes and demonstrate a commitment to raising the achievement levels and self-esteem of disaffected young people. Strong behaviour management skills and ASD experience are essential, along with current certificates or a willingness to train in and physically utilize Team Teach techniques.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
