The Role:
As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer with us, you will play a key role in delivering complex, high-performance engineering systems across their full lifecycle.
This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging and high-impact programmes, helping to transform customer and system requirements into fully integrated, tested, and operational solutions.
The role offers broad exposure across the systems engineering lifecycle—from concept and design through to testing, integration, deployment, and operational support—working as part of a collaborative engineering team focused on delivering robust, reliable, and innovative solutions within technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
This position is well suited to an experienced engineer looking to take ownership of complex engineering activities, contribute to technical decision‑making, and play a key role in delivering critical system outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support systems integration, verification, and validation activities across complex engineering systems
* Translate customer and system requirements into clear, structured, and testable engineering solutions
* Conduct system‑level analysis including functional analysis, trade studies, and requirements allocation
* Define and manage interfaces between hardware and software components
* Support cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness analysis across the system lifecycle
* Contribute to system test planning, execution, and evaluation activities
* Ensure systems are delivered in line with technical, schedule, and cost requirements
* Work across all phases of the lifecycle including concept, design, fabrication, testing, integration, and operational support.
Required skills, qualifications and experience :
* Proven experience in systems integration, testing, or a related systems engineering discipline
* Ability to solve complex technical problems independently, using sound judgement and structured thinking
* Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and their application across the full engineering lifecycle
* Experience contributing to or leading engineering activities or projects with meaningful technical impact
