We’re looking for a Reworks Lead to join our Hurn team and take ownership of day‑to‑day rework operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team performance.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the rework team (including agency staff) to meet productivity and quality targets
* Overseeing repackaging, relabelling, and rebranding activities
* Coordinating stock updates with inventory and warehouse teams
* Monitoring processes and driving improvements
* Ensuring compliance with customer and quality standards
* Managing rework quotes and resource allocation in line with budgets
* Training and developing team members
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment (supervisory experience preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
* Confident team leader with a proactive approach
* Good communication and problem‑solving ability
Working Pattern
* 8-hour shifts on a rota across Sunday to Saturday
* 40 hours per week
* Hybrid – Hurn and Christchurch Office
