We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Transport Development Project Manager to join our Transport Development Team and help shape the future of transport operations across EVRi Group.

Working across our full national operation, you’ll play a central role in delivering improvement initiatives and embedding best practice across the business. This will include investigating transport incidents to identify root causes, leading projects to enhance compliance, safety, and efficiency, and partnering closely with sites and stakeholders to drive and sustain meaningful change. You’ll also bring fresh ideas, solutions, and innovations into the business to continuously improve our transport operations.

This is a role that combines analysis, influence, and hands-on project delivery — perfect for someone who enjoys working both strategically and operationally. What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead transport standards and road safety projects across the UK network
2. Investigate trends, incidents, and recurring issues to identify root causes
3. Translate data insights into clear, actionable project plans
4. Drive accountability and improvement across sites, regions, and management teams
5. Coach, mentor, and influence stakeholders at all levels to improve behaviours
6. Support rollout of new processes, systems, and legislative changes
7. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement solutions
8. Contribute to reducing fleet risk and insurance costs through robust investigation
9. Identify opportunities for cost, service and transport improvements.

What We’re Looking For

10. Experience operating within a fast-paced logistics, transport, or operational environment
11. Strong ability to analyse data and turn insight into practical actions and projects
12. Proven track record of influencing and gaining buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
13. Experience managing or improving processes and driving change
14. Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
15. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
16. Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally on a regular basis
17. Transport Management CPC and/or knowledge of operator license obligations is desirable
18. Project management qualification (or working towards one)
