We are currently recruiting for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy team that values quality workmanship and dedicated service. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and development in a well-established Automotive environment.

1. 42.5 hours a week - 08:00 - 17:30 Mon - Fri - Saturdays on a rota, basis 08:00 - 13:00.
2. Competitive basic salary starting at £40,000 depending on experience
3. OTE up to £50,000 with performance-based bonuses

8. Holiday entitlement of 20 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 22 days after one year of service.
Duties:
9. Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of vehicles
10. Utilise advanced diagnostic tools, particularly for hybrid and electric vehicles
11. Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations
12. Maintain accurate and detailed service documentation
13. Assist in maintaining workshop efficiency and quality standards
14. Support apprenticeship programmes and share technical knowledge with colleagues
Requirements as a Vehicle Technician:
15. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic skills
16. Qualified to Level 3 in vehicle servicing and repairs; Level 2 professionals with diagnostic capability may also be considered at a lesser salary package.
17. Specialist knowledge in hybrid and electric vehicle technology is highly advantageous
18. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
19. A strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
20. Full UK Driving Licence
