Location: Gotham, Nottinghamshire
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Type: Temp to Perm (after 13 weeks)

Job Description:
You'll begin in a Counterbalance role and be trained to operate as an on-site Shunter, supporting yard operations and vehicle movements. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow within a logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate Counterbalance forklift trucks
* Assist with yard duties and trailer movements
* Complete shunter training and transition into the role
* Communicate effectively with warehouse and transport teams
* Follow site safety procedures and traffic management plans
* Report any issues or delays to supervisors promptly
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the yard area

Requirements:
* Valid Counterbalance licence (in-house accepted)
