Role Overview
Physiotherapist (Bank) – The Kings Park Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, located in Stirling.
Bank hours: Available as required, supplementing staffing during busy periods and covering staff absences.
Salary: Up to £18.50 per hour (depending on experience, training, and qualification).
Duties
* Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post‑surgical conditions.
* Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
* Use therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery.
* Collaborate with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals for coordinated care.
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
* Refer patients to other services where required.
* Manage own caseload efficiently across inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
Qualifications
* BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
* HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
* Strong clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence‑based practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
