Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Evening School Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will join our Facilities Cleaning Team based at Pennwood School in Slough.
Your role involves general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure that the school facilities are cleaned to the required standards as directed by the Facilities Assistant and/or Superintendent. You should be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply.
You will work with a team of school cleaners for 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 6PM to 8PM.

Key responsibilities will include:
1. Cleaning areas of the establishment according to the Cleaning Specification/output spec.
2. Operating cleaning machinery following instructions.
3. Diluting and using cleaning materials safely in accordance with COSHH regulations.
4. Collecting and removing waste/rubbish from the work area to the collection point as directed.
5. Cleaning and maintaining cleaning equipment as instructed.
6. Observing and complying with the Health and Safety Policy and Code of Practice for cleaning staff.
7. Adhering to security and confidentiality instructions.
8. Maintaining a professional and smart appearance, wearing uniform or PPE as provided.
9. Attending any required company training sessions.
Key requirements:
1. The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
2. Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, including COSHH.
3. Experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
4. Please note: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
