Clinical Lead – Podiatry
Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) is inviting applications for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead – Podiatry to lead our Merton service. This opportunity will allow you to shape delivery, drive quality improvement, and provide advanced clinical care for patients with complex foot health needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and clinical leadership across the podiatry service, ensuring safe, effective, personalised, and equitable care.
* Lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of learning and psychological safety.
* Collaborate with partners across primary care, acute trusts, and community services to strengthen pathways and reduce unwarranted variation.
* Champion digital and data‑driven improvements, manage demand‑capacity, optimise pathways, and standardise clinical practice.
* Maintain clinical specialty and advanced practice while working with operational leadership and a network of clinical leads.
Qualifications
* Advanced clinical experience in podiatry, capable of managing complex caseloads.
* Strong leadership and workforce development skills.
* Experience with clinical governance and service leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to implement evidence‑based practice and continuous quality improvement.
