Chef de Rang Ideal Profile:
Experienced in high-end or fine dining service environments
Confident leading a section and supporting junior members of the team
Excellent knowledge of food and wine, with strong communication skills
Passionate about delivering refined and anticipatory guest service
Composed, well-presented, and professional under pressure
Committed to consistently high standards and teamwork
Chef de Rang Responsibilities:
Managing your own section during service, ensuring smooth and attentive delivery
Guiding guests through menus and making recommendations confidently
Liaising with the kitchen and sommelier to ensure accurate and timely service
Supporting mise en place and resetting for different service periods
Training and mentoring junior team members where required
Upholding the venues standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and presentation
