What We’re Looking For:
* Sales Experience: Proven track record in a telephone-based sales role.
* Drive and Enthusiasm: A strong desire to achieve and help others succeed.
* Leadership Potential: No leadership experience? No problem! We're looking for someone eager to learn how to develop others.
In this role, you'll initially lead a team of up to three Sales Executives while actively engaging in sales. This hands-on experience will help hone your leadership skills before transitioning to a purely leadership-focused role as your team grows. It's a great opportunity to start your management career with the excitement of direct sales.
