Role Description
* Assist in recruitment job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling.
* Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
* Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring HR policy compliance.
* Support performance appraisals and employee development initiatives.
* Draft, review, and communicate company policies effectively.
* Assist in filling and modifying contracts template.
* Collaborate with managing director on policy-related matters.
* Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
* Liaise with external providers for training programs.
* Manage visa sponsorship process for international employees.
* Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Qualifications
* Must have a background in Human Resources Management or administrative roles.
* Must have CIPD Level 6 qualification and above.
* Candidates must have Safter recruitment and Sponsorship License Management knowledge.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of HRIS.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
