They’re hiring 2 Junior Developers - ideally both Full Stack, but open to one Backend-leaning and one Frontend-leaning, as long as you're keen to learn and grow across the full stack.
We're ideally looking for a minimum of 12 months commercial experience!

Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate Junior Software Developers to join their development team. In this role, you will help kickstart the creation of their new SaaS product. You should be comfortable working within their modern tech stack (TS, React, Next.js, Node, Three.js, AWS) and ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced startup setting. You will collaborate closely with the product management team, contribute to technical decision-making, and also have the opportunity to communicate directly with clients to explain technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Features: Build robust, scalable components using TS, React, Next.js, Node, and Three.js.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product management and design teams to transform ideas into functional code.
Rapid Prototyping: Quickly translate product requirements into working software, adapting to changes as necessary.
Client Interaction: Occasionally participate in meetings to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gather feedback.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and maintain a high standard of code quality under tight deadlines.
Documentation: Document your code and development processes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of Typescript, with experience in React, Next.js, Node, and Three.js preferred. Ideally Fullstack however Front OR Backend lean is fine.
Familiarity with modern development practices and tools.
Communication Skills:
Ability to clearly articulate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Confidence to engage in client meetings and discussions.
Adaptability:
Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Team Player:
Eagerness to learn and collaborate with a diverse team.
Desirable Experience:
Previous internship or project experience in a startup or agile environment is a plus.
Driver’s licence (for site visits).
Experience working with Unity is preferred.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop is preferred.
