Main Responsibilities
As a Summer Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of your branch. You will be involved in providing excellent customer service, understanding operational processes, and supporting business development activities. This will include:
* Assisting with customer interactions and ensuring a positive rental experience.
* Learning about fleet management and operational procedures.
* Supporting the team in maintaining business relationships.
* Gaining insight into cost control and business performance.
* Developing your communication and problem-solving skills.
* Developing your sales skills at the rental desk
* Practicing with quality checks, check in and check out vehicle inspections.
Through these responsibilities, you will gain practical experience and a solid understanding of the mobility industry.
Job Requirements
* A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, relevant professional experience will be considered.
* A full manual UK or EU driving licence is required, though we can discuss accommodations for applicants who do not drive.
