Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care
* Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives
* Support recruitment, training and supervision of staff
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, professionals and families
* Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
Qualifications
* Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care
* Passionate Care Assistants or Carers ready to take the next step in their career
