Reporting into the Finance Director and working on a hybrid basis, duties and responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include:
* Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
* Conduct high-level reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
* Review and analyse financial data, preparing detailed reports for management.
* Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The Candidate
To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA is highly desirable.
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
