Job Description
Your activities include:
Welcoming and checking in and out of guests;
Taking and processing walk-in reservations and taking and processing reservations via telephone and e-mail;
Solving problems and complaints;
Answering the phone;
Closing the day in the system and the associated administration;
Ensuring the safety of all guests and colleagues;
Doing duty rounds
Conducting the night audit run.
Generating the night reports.
Serving guests in the bar when required
Cleanliness of the lobby and surrounding areas
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
Clear and effective in speech and writing;
Good knowledge of the English language;
Is oriented towards guests and colleagues;
Takes responsibility and is not afraid to make decisions;
Previous hotel reception experience will be a benefit
Additional Information
The successful candidate will already have right to work in the UK.
