1. Monday to Friday
2. 05:00 - 14:00 or 06:00 - 15:00 shifts
3. 32-48 hours per week
4. Overtime and weekend work available
Pay:£13 per hour Competitive + Overtime Available
The Opportunity
We're currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-growing manufacturing business supplying precast concrete products to major construction projects across the UK and Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with immediate starts available, full training provided, and real opportunities for progression.
What You'll Be Doing
5. Preparing moulds and assisting with pouring concrete
6. Producing high-quality products in line with daily targets
7. Working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
8. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
9. Following all health & safety procedures
10. Supporting general production duties as required
What We're Looking For
11. Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, labouring, or similar
12. Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
13. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
14. Flexible to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
15. Good understanding of English (spoken & written)
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
16. Experience using hand or power tools
17. Ability to read drawings
18. Forklift / crane licences
19. Any construction-related certifications (CSR, First Aid, etc.)
