Job Title: Lead Clinician
Location: The Shires – Stretton, Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands LE15 7GT / LE15 6JB (covering both sites). The role is based at The Shires and forms part of Outcomes First Group.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around a full-time contract can be discussed based on personal circumstances)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 dependent on experience
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Responsibilities
* Lead the in-house Clinical Team at The Shires – Oakham / Stretton, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Regional Clinical Lead.
* Split time between clinically leading the team and maintaining a therapy caseload.
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs, including autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma and SEMH needs.
* Ensure needs of EHCP plans are met, using OFG’s all/group/individual clinical approaches embedded in clinical practice.
* Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team members and lead on service development of the school-based clinical service.
* Promote a person-centred, safeguarding-focused culture and work with education teams to support pupil outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree qualification in a specified clinical discipline.
* Full, valid professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS).
* Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
* Clear, concise report writing related to clinical and research activities.
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* Ability to work independently and within a growing, developing clinical service.
* Experience of multi-professional work within the designated specialty (preferred).
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
