We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their early development and learning. Responsibilities
1. Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's developmental needs in line with early childhood education standards
2. Supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
3. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication
4. Organising daily routines, including mealtimes, playtimes, and rest periods
5. Monitoring and recording children's progress and behaviour, providing feedback to parents and senior staff
6. Assisting with the organisation of nursery resources and maintaining a clean, safe environment
7. Supporting new staff members through mentoring and leadership roles when required
8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
