Building Services Manager - Healthcare Project (Herne Bay)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + package
We're looking for an experienced Building Services Manager to join a major healthcare development in the Herne Bay area. This is a significant scheme with a strong technical and compliance focus, so we're ideally seeking someone who has previous experience delivering projects in hospital or healthcare environments.
Key responsibilities:
* Overseeing all mechanical and electrical building services from design through to completion.
* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to high standards, on time and within budget.
* Managing quality, safety, and compliance requirements specific to healthcare projects.
* Working closely with project and site teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements:
* Strong background in M&E/building services management on large-scale projects.
* Previous healthcare or hospital project experience highly desirable.
* Ability to lead services packages and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
