PERMANENT WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR – ST ALBANS - 35K - 40K d.o.e
I am looking for an experienced individual from a wealth management background. You are either an Investment administrator, wealth management admin, a paraplanner OR in wealth management. Must be willing to also do the admin for our established St Albans based client. They are really busy so need some sort of relevant experienced with the expectations of hands on deck.
Daily duties are likely to involve:-
* Overall support to Investment Managers
* Chasing SIPP's/valuations and setting up new accounts
* Diary management and booking meetings
* Updating of internal systems
* Oversee management of client annual reviews and portfolio reviews
* Assist with portfolio reports
* Client on boarding
* Preparation of platform withdrawals/ fund switches / transactions
* Preparing client meeting packs for advisers

* Similar experience to the above
* Be self sufficient and work on own initiative.
* Be of a flexible nature to adapt to an ever changing environment
* This is an office based role in St Albans so there is no option to work remotely or hybrid
