The Education Specialist (TES) is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Wallasey to recruit a Business Studies Teacher for a 1-year fixed term contract starting in September 2025. This is a part-time role (4 days per week) and will include some KS3 Computing cover alongside a core Business Studies timetable. About the Role: * Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5 (where applicable) * Deliver some Computing lessons at KS3 level to support departmental cover * Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons * Monitor student progress and contribute to department planning * Work collaboratively within a supportive and forward-thinking team Who We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK * Experience teaching Business Studies (KS4 required; KS5 desirable) * Confidence delivering basic Computing lessons at Key Stage 3 * Passionate about developing students’ business acumen and digital literacy * ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply What You’ll Get: * Pay in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS1 – UPS3), pro rata * A welcoming and well-resourced school environment * Ongoing support from The Education Specialist team * Access to CPD and training opportunities to support your development The Education Specialists are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
