Ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people?
At Spring Care For You Ltd, we're building something special — a values-led children's residential care service right here in Lincolnshire. We're looking for bank staff to join our dedicated team of Residential Support Workers who are passionate, resilient, and therapeutic in their approach to care.
Why Join Spring Care For You?
We're a new, locally-run organisation founded by four community professionals who believe in doing care differently. Our homes are therapeutic and nurturing, supporting children aged 8–18 who may have experienced trauma, neglect, or instability in their early lives.
As bank staff, you'll enjoy the flexibility of choosing when you work while being an integral part of a meaningful, child-centred service.
About the Role
Your purpose will be to provide high-quality therapeutic care in a nurturing and safe environment. You will:
* Support children's daily routines, emotional needs, and development.
* Build trusting relationships through empathy, consistency, and compassion.
* Work closely with your team to ensure the voice of the child is heard and acted upon.
* Help young people build life skills, resilience, and confidence for their future.
* Respond sensitively to behaviours that may be rooted in trauma.
What We're Looking For
We need emotionally intelligent, adaptable individuals with:
* Great communication skills – both verbal and written.
* A calm, reflective approach when dealing with emotional or challenging behaviours.
* Willingness to work therapeutically with children who may struggle with attachments.
* Flexibility to cover shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins (when required).
* A desire to learn, grow, and reflect on practice.
* Previous experience within a residential childcare setting (essential)
* Full UK drivers license (essential)
What We Offer You
* Competitive hourly rate
* Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle
* A trauma-informed, team-based work culture
* Funded qualifications and continuous training
* Supportive leadership and meaningful reflective practice
* The opportunity to genuinely change young lives
If you're passionate about child-centred care and ready to make an impact — even one shift at a time — we want to hear from you.
