What We Offer

Salary: £21.13 – £25.34 per hour plus holiday pay
(Depending on skills, qualifications & experience)

Contract Type: Variable Hours
Hours offered as required during term time, with flexibility to support curriculum delivery

What You’ll Do

* Teach and assess learners across Agriculture and related land-based programmes at a range of levels
* Deliver engaging, industry-relevant theory and practical sessions in classrooms, workshops, and outdoor settings
* Prepare learners for careers within agriculture, farming, land management, and rural industries
* Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professional practice
* Inspire confidence, practical skills, and professionalism in every learner

What You’ll Bring

* Relevant Agriculture or Land-Based qualifications (Level 3 or above)
* Strong industry experience within agriculture, farming, or rural industries
* Up-to-date knowledge of agricultural practices, machinery, livestock, crops, and industry standards
* Teaching or assessor qualifications are welcomed but not essential
